Our premier option for those who want a little more for their main meal. The Hog Roast Cook and Carve Premier option comes complete with a selection of five delicious salads. 

You get all of the following from our Hog Roast Cook and Carve Original Option:

• Our delicious Hog Roast, complete with gorgeous crackling
• Oodles of Apple Sauce
• Our own home made sage and onion stuffing
• Freshly baked rolls from our local bakery
• Vegetarian burgers for 5% of your guests
• 2 professional chefs to carve and serve to your guests
• Disposable plates and crockery
• Finest quality 3-ply paper napkins
• A gazebo for our Hog Roast 
• Trestle tables and banquet roll to put the rolls and sauces on
• All set up and disposal costs
• Any left over hog will be carved and left for your guests to enjoy the following day.

Plus the following five delicious salads, freshly prepared in our kitchens by our professional chefs:

• Pesto and Pepper Pasta (with coloured peppers and pesto sauce)
• Spicy Rice (with raisins, grated carrot and sweet chilli sauce)
• Tossed Salad ( Lollo rosso, lollo biondo, rodichio lettuces, tomato’s & cucumber)
• Potato Salad (new potato’s in creamy mayonnaise with red onion & mint sauce)
